In our One-on-One work together, we will explore the terrain of your unique life history, with all its ups and downs. We’ll focus on helping you break free from whatever limits you, holds you down, makes you feel small, stuck, angry, empty, confused, etc. We will work to dissolve ego structures and reconnect you with your Innate Greatness— your divine qualities— such as strength, compassion, love and joy. Together, we’ll aim to resolve your most difficult past experiences, abuses and traumas.

As these pent up energies are released, you can then gracefully expand into your True Magnificence— enjoying the ease of being you, stress-free well-being, greater self-acceptance, harmonious relationships, fulfilling work, and clarity of purpose. Most of all, we will conspire to remove all the veils between you and your True Nature, so you can show up as your Best-Self and shine the Light of who you truly are, wherever you go.
