Most people are struggling with stress, overcome with anxiety, depression, and even addiction … Most people are wrestling to reverse the downward spiral and find their way back to peace and well-being again.

I get it. Life is hard! Being a little person, standing 3’8” tall, living in a big world, it’s not been easy! Ridicule, judgement, exclusion and severe limitation continually pulled me down. I’ve been down so far, a few times— I thought I’d never get up again

I know a lot about hardship. I also know transforming hardship into joy, freedom and celebration is possible. I know healing can and does happen. And, I know that with determination, effective techniques, and help from others with certain skills, just about anyone can turn a hellish-life into a heaven-on-earth-existence.

In my journey of transforming my life from despair to a red-carpet ride, I studied what worked best. In the process, I gained certification in several very effective techniques. Here’s a list of what’s currently in my transformational toolbox:
