Adventurous, varied, difficult, and fun! My journey has traversed the joys and challenges of almost endless schooling, several entrepreneurial enterprises, and living in almost a dozen towns across the US. Coming upon speaking in my early 40’s was a welcomed respite, as I then settled into what seemed to be my destiny.

Over the past 20 years, I have been working as a keynote speaker, corporate diversity trainer, coach, and have authored six books. In the corporate world, I’ve enjoyed seeing amazing transformation in individuals and teams of people as they learn to be more inclusive, empathetic and empowered– working better together, continuing to progress, and thriving.

I especially appreciate seeing women and people in minorities become empowered- to speak up, be bold, brilliant, and risk-taking so they can contribute their greatness and prosper. Additionally, I’ve delighted in inspiring over 100,000 young students in anti-bullying practices and building self-esteem.
