I'm Peggy

Empowerment and Inclusion Strategist

I would love to come and train and inspire your employees to build skills in Inclusion, Empathy and Empowerment so everyone feels better at work, loves to come to work, and does their best work!

My Journey

Adventurous, varied, difficult, and fun! My journey has traversed the joys and challenges of almost endless schooling, several entrepreneurial enterprises, and living in almost a dozen towns across the US. Coming upon speaking in my early 40’s was a welcomed respite, as I then settled into what seemed to be my destiny.

Over the past 20 years, I have been working as a keynote speaker, corporate diversity trainer, coach, and have authored six books. In the corporate world, I’ve enjoyed seeing amazing transformation in individuals and teams of people as they learn to be more inclusive, empathetic and empowered– working better together, continuing to progress, and thriving.

I especially appreciate seeing women and people in minorities become empowered- to speak up, be bold, brilliant, and risk-taking so they can contribute their greatness and prosper. Additionally, I’ve delighted in inspiring over 100,000 young students in anti-bullying practices and building self-esteem.

“Peggy O’Neill is the messenger and the message. She will change your life!”
Frank Maguire

People say I elicit positive change wherever I go. Maybe it’s because I love my work! I love seeing people wake up to their innate greatness, being kinder to themselves and others, transforming from the inside-out, and most of all, creating the lives and businesses they’ve only dreamt of! I feel blessed and celebrate my daily life in Ojai, CA, a small town near Santa Barbara.

As an award-winning speaker for 20+ years, I focus on bringing real solutions to audience members and their hosting organizations. I’m known for providing insightful, transformative, and humorous keynote speeches and trainings.

I have inspired powerful positive change in corporations and in women’s groups across the US and have presented to prominent organizations such as FEMA, Chase Bank, Diversity Works, Texaco, US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Lucent Technologies, Ball Aerospace, Lockhead Martin, and many others.

To date, I have authored six books on empowerment and inclusion, and am a contributing teacher in the films "The Opus" and "Tapping the Source".

As a coach, I help people break free from whatever is holding them back, resolve trauma, reduce stress, and access their inner greatness so they can realize their fullest potential and soar!

When I am not helping others, I love being adventurous and having fun!
